We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Manager responsible for implementing quality assurance processes that meet the Company’s mission and brand standards, target customer needs, ensure employee satisfaction, and focus on continuous improvement.

Previous experience as a brand manager or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Brand Manager Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of the Company’s mission, vision, and goals.
• Working closely with managers and constantly reinforcing the Three Oaks standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct monthly assessments to ensure compliance with the Company brand standards.
• Makes and executes the necessary decisions to keep individual concepts moving forward toward to achieving its goals.
• Assist with company-wide implementation of best practices.
• Ensures that management practices at all levels are aligned with the SOPs by providing training.
• Demonstrates and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction.
• Analyze issues and identify trends.
• Inspecting the store’s culture to detect possible concerns and areas for improvement.
• Review guest feedback with leadership and ensure appropriate action is taken.
• Stays visible and interacts with customers on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of service and overall satisfaction.
• Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
• Creating positive and unique customer experience to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty.
• Engage and educate staff wherever and whenever possible.
• Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.

Brand Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Management or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Naturally outgoing and internally motivated in your personal and professional efforts.
• Willing to regularly work early mornings, afternoon, evenings, and/or weekends depending on company needs.
• Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
