Description: Position Summary: Kalsee Credit Union is relocating our Mosel Branch location to Gull Rd. in Kalamazoo in early 2023. Seeking a servant leader with a desire for coaching and development to promote employee engagement and performance.

Major Responsibilities:

• Enforce the credit union's policies and procedures and oversee staff training as necessary.
• Lead and develop branch employees, embracing our coaching culture.
• Act as a loan officer, performing all necessary loan functions.
• Maintain branch operations as needed (including but not limited to: ATM balancing, branch audits, valut shipments, etc.)
• Prepare and administer employee performance evaluations.
• Manage employee schedules and requests.
• Work to resolve escalated member issues
• Performs other related duties or tasks as assigned.

Requirements: Qualifications:

• 2+ years in working in the financial industry or equivalent sales management
• 1+ years experience in coaching and/or training people to desired performance preferred
• Ability to connect with and develop people.
• Ability to run multiple commuter systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Dress and conduct oneself in a professional and business-like manner.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory, management or related experience.
