As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the total service delivery for a defined geographical area. In this role, you will work in collaboration with our customer service team and ensure client satisfaction through ongoing client engagement. The primary role is oversight of a technically minded group of biologists responsible for treating lakes and ponds, servicing aerators and fountains and delivering best in class customer service.
- Salary range: $70,000-$85,000 (based upon experience)

- Schedule: This position requires someone with a flexible schedule. You will work from both a home office and in-field (on properties), as necessary
Daily Operations
- Provide on-call support to technicians and customers
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training
- Responsible for ensuring daily completion of routes
- Inspect properties regularly for technical compliance
- Responsible for creating and managing schedules and timecards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Customer Retention
- Make informed decisions with consideration of customer/employee impact, ensuring maximum quality of service—DO THE RIGHT THING
- Responsible for addressing clients and resident concerns and/or complaints with effective, lasting solutions
- Create and maintain cooperative working relationships and frequent communication with customers and employees
- Promote and educate on new service offerings and procedures
Organizational Activities
- Comply with, promote and train associates on all safety and regulatory policies and procedures. Report all safety incidents in a thorough and timely manner
- Attend team meetings virtually, in person, or off-site when needed
- Act in accordance with organizational and quality standards
- Discuss direct reports development needs and subsequently facilitate appropriate support, coaching and/or training opportunities
Essential Skills
- You like being outdoors and making a difference in the health and appearance of water
- You are a self-starter who enjoys making a difference
- Customer service and prior people management experience
- Experience in MS Word, Outlook, Excel & Power Point
- Knowledge of basic employment law, customer service fundamentals, and leadership/management principles
- Unwavering work ethic, integrity and sense of accountability-GRIT
- Ability to perform effectively in environments with frequent workload changes and competing demands
- Effectively communicate with others both verbally and written
- Build effective teams, hold self/others accountable
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on clients’ needs (immediate response to client concerns)
Special Conditions of Employment
- Valid driver license and good driving record
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive for periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors and drive in changing weather conditions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bend at waist and/or knees and lift arms at/over shoulder
- Ability to walk long distances on uneven terrain
