Our Wichita, KS branch does not exist today. You will build it. Do you have the real desire and skills to build a business within a business. We are looking for a proven salesperson to build a branch in Wichita. We picked Wichita for a reason. There is industry in the area. Wichita isn't a major metro (We don't do major metro). And we expect the pool of qualified people that fit our culture to be significant.

You will be building a business within a business with a salary, unlimited bonus income opportunity, 100% company paid benefits for you and your family, and a playbook for success that begins and ends with simply being a kind and dependable person. The only catch is you must be an A player who can sell and and you must be ready to truly bet on yourself.

Trucker is a freight brokerage headquartered in Waconia, MN with branch offices in Waconia, MN and Marshall, MN. We are small enough to care and big enough to execute. We focus on people. The people we hire and the people we choose to call clients. If you are a driven seller who can lead people and you are looking for the right fit, we might be it.

We do not require a degree. We do however require relevant experience in transportation or sales. Most importantly we are looking for a certain kind of person. We hire character and attitude first and expect results.

Operations – Brokering details, Negotiating, Serving Clients

Leader of people – You will be the culture heartbeat of the branch, Teacher, Mentor

Pay: $70,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
