Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic bookstore sales associate with knowledge and enthusiasm for all genres of books with an emphasis on YA. The ideal candidate will work well with other and enjoy helping people of all ages. This is a full time position with weekend and evening flexibility needed. This is a busy shop and our employees must be able to be on their feet and carry up to 40lbs. Some retail and or event experience preferred but not required.

Daily Tasks include (but not limited to):

- Welcoming and Assisting customers

- Ringing up sales

- Gift wrapping

- Keeping store tidy, organized, and restocked

- Fulfilling phone and online orders

- Handling customer service requests

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
