BASIC FUNCTIONAnswer telephone inquiries and assist customers with their accounts over the phone while performing various other clerical duties.
RELATIONS AND CONTACTS
Reports to: Bookkeeping Manager
Supervise Position(s) of: Not Applicable
Organizational Relationships: Maintain open communication with customers, co-workers, supervisors, and management providing professional and courteous service.
External Relations: none

- Rejects
- Incoming Returns (chargebacks)
- Outgoing Returns
- Death Alerts, Reclamations and returns
- Reconciliations
- Item Posting Entries
- Incoming Fed ACHs
- Branch Capture
- Debit cards – new & reissued
- Internet banking Transfers
- Internet banking password resets
- Foreign ACH processing, approving & releasing through Fed
- Pulse alerts
- Debit Card access
- Close/Open Debit Cards
- Incoming In clear files
- Outgoing Cash Letter
- Statement processing backup
- Overdraft privilege review
- Review of CTRs and Reg CC holds
- Process incoming and outgoing domestic wires
- Process incoming and outgoing foreign wires
- Customer Service calls
- Debit Card Fraud Review
- Refunds
- Answer emails
- Internet banking resets
- Internet banking/bill pay enrollments
- Temp access forms
- Navigate through multiple systems
EDUCATION: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: One-year experience in bookkeeping environment is preferred.
SKILL: Customer service skills. 10-key by touch, Word and Excel Spreadsheets
Working Conditions: Office environment, high exposure to computer usage, occasional lifting
of boxes up to 25 pounds. Ability to multi-task and handle frequent interruptions from current
tasks.
