Job description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeping assistant for employment with potential for future growth, at our office, located in beautiful Johns Landing. This position is Monday-Friday. This job is best suited for a mature individual looking for a long-term job.
- Possess 2+ years of bookkeeping/general office experience.
- Have 2+ years working in Quickbooks.
- Have experience managing accounts payable.
- Have experience balancing reports daily and monthly.
- Review various reports and invoices to ensure data is correct.
- Feel comfortable working with weekly and monthly deadlines.
- Be experienced with 10-key.
- Have experience managing inventory.
- Be detail-oriented and able to do light multi-tasking.
- Work well with employees at all levels of our organization, communicating with them face-to-face, via phone, and email.
Additional duties of this position include:
- Answering phones.
- Customer Service.
- Filing.
- Entries into spreadsheets.
- Copying/Faxing.
- Various office duties.
Pay:
- Starting $20+/hr wage depending on experience.
