TNT Services has been in business since 1989 and is the largest power wash company providing service to light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. We are also the leader in Semi-Truck and Bus Body repair, reconditioning, and detailing. Over the past fifteen years, we have expanded our services outside of power wash to become the complete appearance specialist. Services include but are not limited to the commercial building, storefronts, flat surfaces, garages, and snow plowing, making TNT desirable to our customers and their needs.
We are an aggressively growing company that has more than doubled in size in the last three years and has expanded our locations to include Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Kentucky, and Cleveland, along with our corporate offices in Columbus.
TNT Services has an immediate need for a Body Shop Estimator in our growing Body Shop Department. TNT Services is looking for hardworking, self-motivated individuals ready to start work today. The candidate will have knowledge of estimating, collision, and body repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Answer body shop calls, set and confirm appointments
- Write estimates using PPG Adjustrite software
- Act as a liaison between the technician and customer.
- Assist clients through the body shop process.
- Work with insurance companies as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience
- Familiarity with insurance and the claims process
- Fantastic communication skills with fellow employees and customers
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
- Clean driving record
