What You’ll Do:
Assess incoming clients for treatment using various assessment tools, and provide a clinical recommendation for weekly treatment hours based on client need
Maintain a caseload of 8-12 clients and 25 billable hours a week
Develop individualized therapeutic programs to address client goals, drawing heavily from NET principles
Support RBTs via mentorship and training for children on their caseload, and providing supervision for 5-10% of an RBTs supervision hours
Coordination of care with other professionals and disciplines
Participate in BCBA meetings with the clinic’s BCBA team
Weekly team meetings with the ABA staff at your clinic
What You’ll Bring:
Board Certification through the BACB
Recent graduate of an ABA Masters or BCBA certificate program with an exam test date
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sincere interest in learning and implementing ABA
Collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team
Passion for working with children with special needs
