Bilingual Recruiter
Onsite in Yadkinville, NC | Full-time | 40 hours per week

Job Summary:
AREVO Group is seeking a recruiter to join their Yadkinville team! Our recruiters are responsible for attracting suitable candidates for open job positions and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience. The recruiter will screen applications and select qualified candidates. They will schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. The recruiter also assists with the interview process, and may attend and conduct interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish)

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Professional telephone etiquette

• Attention to detail

• Relationship building skills

• Patience & Good Listening skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person

• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

The ideal candidate possesses:

• At least 1 year staffing, human resources or customer service experience preferred

• High-energy and passion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
