Allegiance Staffing is currently seeking for a Bilingual On-Site Staffing Manager to join our Raleigh location.

As an On-Site Manager, you will be the main point of contact between employees and supervisors ensuring the highest level of customer service, mediation, as well as providing reliability and promptness when troubleshooting or responding to any questions or concerns.

Qualifications for a Bilingual On-Site Staffing Manager:

• Managers must present themselves on a professional matter and always meeting company standards, procedures, and regulations. Previous Manager or HR experience preferred.
• Previous experience in Staffing Industry, Human Resources or Management
• Bilingual skills(English/Spanish) are required.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to successfully coach, redirect, and mediate with employees
• Ensure communication with supervisors as well as employees is prompt and professional at all stages.
• Form strong relationships with supervisors and employees.
• Posses active listening skills as well as ability to convey information to others effectively.
• Computer skills required

Expectations for a Bilingual On-Site Staffing Manager:

• Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities
• Liaise between departments to improve communications
• Ensure provided schedules are followed correctly by employees
• Promptly troubleshoot and provide resolutions when required procedures or regulations are not met
• Oversee attendance, punctuality, as well as time keeping procedures
• Ensure employees understand and follow safety standards and regulations
• Be the main point of contact between employees and supervisors
• Oversee and ensure On-Site daily operations are running up to standards
