We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born full time Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative with a desire to make a difference in people???s lives. Our TOP PERFORMERS makes over $80,000+ a year! Qualifying individual with P & C licensed Base Salary starts at $3000.00 to $3500.00/mth Plus high commission with potential to making up to $80k in the first year.
We offer $1000.00 SIGN ON BONUS.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Requirements
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required
- LICENSED CANDIDATES STARTING SALARY IS $ 3,000.00 TO $3,500.00/MTH.
- NON LICENSED Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
- Successful sales background
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start
