We are seeking a Parking Attendant to join our team. This person will be responsible for managing large quantities of cars, taking payments, and handling customer complaints effectively. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in the parking industry, enjoys working occasionally in inclement weather and is able to issue citations. We're looking for a responsible, articulate professional who will demonstrate leadership, passion and professionalism here at our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain safe and orderly lot; patrol lot to ensure patrons are following rules.
• Validate parking of vehicles.
• Have excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem solve; respond to customer complaints.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced setting.
• Able to interact with a diverse population; speak Spanish is a plus.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and walk around the parking lot; sit occasionally.
