The Renfrew Center has an opportunity for a Telehealth Program Manager to join our Telehealth Program.

Position Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of virtual Day Treatment and Intensive Outpatient programs, including group schedule management, budget oversight, admissions, and coordination with other Renfrew @ Home team(s)

Provide clinical supervision to staff, and coordinate supervision with Telehealth Clinical Supervisor, as necessary, to remain in compliance with different state licensures

Human resource management, including hiring, staff development, performance reviews, and addressing employee issues

Run weekly team meetings, and co-lead monthly consolidated Renfrew @ Home team meetings

Work with AVP and Director of Quality & Compliance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Run groups/meals on the program schedule, as needed

Participate in marketing initiatives for Renfrew @ Home program

Education, Competencies, and Credentials:

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline;
• Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare
• Appropriate and required state licensure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
