The Western and Gold Bars in downtown Helena are looking for an energetic, people-person to join our crew of amazing bartenders.

Job description:

As a bartender at the Gold Bar and Western Bar, your first priority is customer service. Your responsibilities in this role are:

· Creating a friendly atmosphere by welcoming and being attentive of customers

· Overseeing responsible drinking and gaming

· Maintaining a clean and organized bar

· Promoting drink specials and upcoming events

· Being knowledgeable about products offered

· Maintaining/developing rapport between regular and new customers

· Enforcing rules that protect the property (i.e. pool tables, décor, gaming machines)

· Accurately counting cash

· Leaving the bar in clean condition at the end of a shift

Experience:

No experience required, however unexperienced candidates may require additional training shifts.

Schedule:

May require working nights and/or weekends.
