Shotted Specialty Coffee, Third wave coffee shop located in Tysons Corner Mall serving late nights Premium Lattes & Desserts, 11pm on weekdays & Midnight on Weekends
With a mission to introduce a new standard of customer experience & quality Coffee. A Saudi Insiped Concept to bring the creativity & development of Specialty Coffee & Third-wave coffee in the Saudi Market to the US Market. Equipped with La Marzocco Machines & Mazzer Grinders, we are looking for candidates that would like to enjoy this setup & serve the community.
Barista Duties:
1) Welcoming customers, answering questions, presenting them the menu and accepting
orders and payments.
2) Preparing lattes & Coffee using the Shotted Standard & processes
3) Having a strong service & hospitality mindset to produce positive results
4) Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep
store operating to standard to set a positive example for the shift team
5) Having a strong awareness to meet the standards of the shop & guest experience
6) Having flexible availability days on weekends Friday, Saturday & Sunday to work
7) Deliver excellent customer service to all customers to present the hospitality & value
of Shotted
8) Follow health, safety sanitation guidelines for all products
9) Preparing to-go items, such as sandwiches or baked goods.
10) Serving cold and hot drinks to customers. Being ready to serve guests
11) Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced
environment.
12) Packaging food and beverages for sale.
13) Cleaning, organizing and restocking workspace and dining areas, emptying trash,
and sanitizing equipment.
14) Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases behind the counter &
storage.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
