Banquet Server Job Description

Job Brief:

We are hiring part-time people to help execute events, weddings, parties, and celebrations. You will be responsible for assisting in serving, setting-up, breaking-down and clean-up of catered events at The Tiger Hotel.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to take initiative, have a great work ethic, a passion for customer service and most of all enjoy what you do. Experience preferred but not required. Apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Providing superior customer service to all guests
• Assist guest service as needed.
• Setting up event and bar spaces based off instructions
• Setting up and serving Food and Beverages
• Clean up event/bar spaces, serving kitchen, and dish pit
• Clean and polish silverware, china, glasses and other equipment
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and general organization
• Other duties as may be assigned

Key Requirements:

• Must obtain a Boone County Food Handler Card.
• Have no physical limitations preventing running, climbing stairs or lifting.
• Exemplary customer service skills required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
