Responsibilities:
- Workers' Compensation and /or Litigation/ Insurance Defense practices seeks a full time Paralegal. Minimum 1 year exp.
- File Pleadings in District/ Circuit Courts. Request /organize and summarize medical records. Draft Motions and answer Interrogatories. Extensive client contact, must possess excellent verbal and written skills.
