The role of an Automotive Sales Associate is to sell automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers & closing sales. Automotive Sales Associates are also responsible for providing customers with the upmost buying experience and expected to maintain an ongoing relationship with the client even after the sale.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
• Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory information
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicle features on the lot
• Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management
• Follow up with prospective customers by returning calls, texts & emails.
• Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
• Be able to maintain above-average Customer Satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

• Weekend availability is needed as well as evening hours
• Must have clean & valid driver's license.
• Must pass a criminal background search
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
• Previous automotive sales experience is a PLUS
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing & friendly, especially while handling objections
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, in-person & over the phone
• Persistent, competitive, and a good work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,101.00 - $71,698.00 per year

• Canton, GA 30115: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Sales support: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dealership experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Phone etiquette: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
