Job Responsibilities include:

• Manage day to day operations of the Parts Department
• Manage, train, and develop fellow team members
• Manager inventory levels
• Work in harmony with other department managers to achieve goals and objectives for sales and customer satisfaction
• Work with factory representatives

Qualifications required for this position include:

• Minimum of 3 years of dealership parts department experience (GM preferred)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to multitask
• Valid state of Michigan driver’s license
• Must pass drug screen and background check

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• The employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, and talk or hear
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift weights up to 100 pounds
• Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections
• Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
