Automotive Mechanic / Technician - Automotive Alternative, Inc. - Pensacola, FL
Automotive Alternative, Inc. is looking to hire an Automotive Mechanic/Technician to fill an
immediate opening at our location in Pensacola, FL. We are a family-owned, full service autocare center that has been serving the community for over almost 30 years! We are committed to offering quality service at an affordable price and take pride in serving our customers!
Our facility has up-to-date computer diagnostic equipment and repair software to assist in
service of most makes and models of cars and light trucks.

Responsibilities
- Identify and diagnose malfunctions and document necessary repairs for customer
vehicles
- Services include general tune-ups, IE, brake repair, exhaust services, steering
and suspension work, transmission and more.
- Examine vehicle pre- and post-repair to determine if any additional safety or service
work is recommended.
- Complete services and repairs and document work performed on repair order
- Road test vehicles as needed
- Assist management with any additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as an automotive mechanic / technician
- Proficiency with common auto service center tools and equipment
- Must have own basic tools
- Physically able to perform duties and remain standing/active for extended periods
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
