The Position

Kuhn Automotive Group is looking for a passionate, talented F&I Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Ensure that every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Background Required

• Must have at least 3 years of experience as an F&I Manager
• Must be JM&A certified
• Must excel at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Must have expert knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Must be well-versed in title laws and registration process
• Must be professional in personal appearance and have extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
• Must have exceptional customer service and be friendly
• Strong expertise in negotiation and presentation skills is required
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license
