MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT WITH A RETAIL AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manages and oversees office staff, including recruiting/hiring, coaching, counseling, disciplining, termination etc.
• Prepares monthly manufacturer financial statements
• Prepares monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, AR and AP schedules, other material accounts
• Maintains accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting
• Complies with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings
• Other tasks and responsibilities congruent with the business office accounting manager role

Qualifications:

• Experience working in Dealership Management Systems, CDK preferred
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
• Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
• Highly professional and dependable
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
