CW Collision Repair is a family owned business that started out as a custom/restoration shop that now only focuses on collision repair with over 20 years of serving the treasure valley. We are looking for an individual that has collision repair experience and understands all aspects of the collision repair process. Check out our other available positions.

Our current employees have been with us for over 10yrs and we are looking to expand. We work M-Th until 5pm, Leave earlier on Fridays and never work Saturdays or Sundays to ensure our employee's have a better Life/Work balance.

Duties Consist Of:

• Complete disassembly of vehicle in order to assess damage for an accurate repair plan
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time
• Follow work order for all operations listed
• Store parts on carts or cover to eliminate potential damage
• Repair body damage using hammers, filling in dents, welding etc
• Repair or replace defective parts
• Inspect parts for damage and quality/accuracy
• Verify correct parts with mirror match
• Remove all damaged panels (including bolted or welded items) and reinstall after parts are painted
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools (blocks, hammers, screw drivers, wrenches, sander, spray guns, etc.)
• File, grind, sand repaired surfaces with 120-grit paper before turning vehicle over to Paint
• Ensure all work orders are complete for all operations and parts before sending to Paint
• Ensure all gaps and alignments are of quality standards
• Complete final inspection check list sheet
• Keep work area clean and well organize

Skill/Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• 3yrs Collision Repair Experience at a repair facility
• Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work orders
• Multi-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment
• Personable, friendly demeanor with other employees

Physical Requirements For Work:

Applicant will be working in a normal shop environment. Activity such as kneeling, bending, squatting, as well as lifting and carrying objects over 50 pounds is a part of daily activity. Working environment consists of, exposure to fumes, chemicals and dust, along with high levels of noise. We enforce a mandatory requirement to wear protective equipment when necessary.
