AUTISM TECHNICIAN/REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (Training Provided)

Easterseals UCP is seeking compassionate, caring and dedicated Autism Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team. In this position, you will work with individuals living with autism that are between the ages of 3-20 years old in their homes, the community and/or our autism centers. We seek team members who are fun, creative and can appreciate small successes in others.

What You’ll Do

Your care will make a huge difference in the lives of the children/adolescents you will be helping. Behavior technicians work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. They will help clients with day to day activities, social interactions, record and collect data on clients progress, and communicate with client’s familes.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
