As an Athlete Health Agent, you will be working directly with the sales representative to help recruit WaveOn clients and organizations. You will provide the most unique athlete care service to athletes of all ages. We work with all sports and want to provide the service for millions of amateur and recreational athletes.

Athlete Health Agent Independent Contractor Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via appropriate technology platforms when necessary
• Respond to customer requests within required time frame
• Educate customers regarding appropriate use of products and services which include, but not limited to, PPN, Sway, PowerDot, ARYSE, B3, TeamLinks, etc
• Delivering athletic training services
• Recruiting and marketing the services
• Recruit, manage and support athletes to ensure alignment with its business goals
• Work with technology provided to identify and manage care for clients
• Provide feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
• Communicate service strategy
