Job description

Our association seeks an Executive with a proven track record in helping small businesses run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and have experience with Quickbooks, including database management, information technology, maintaining records, meeting record keeping, and overall membership support. This position is part-time, with the opportunity to do meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of the association members.

Responsibilities:

• Be an organizer.
• Build strong member relationships while developing a strong network of contacts.
• Provide information and training to new and current members.
• Maintain financial records, including budget preparation, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Maintain existing programs, including research and implementation of potential new programs relevant to the members.
• Maintain association records.
• Yearly travel to state and national meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift

• Williston, ND 58801: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
