SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for overseeing the daily receiving and shipping functions and monitoring all warehouse capacities. In this role, they will work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Production Supervision, Corporate, & Planning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
60% Ordering and receiving ingredients in SAP to meet the daily production needs. 20% managing safety and warehouse compliance. 20% to monitor and keep an accurate inventory of production related materials. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/PREFERRED
Minimum education required: High School Diploma (some college preferred)
Years of relevant experience: 2 years of warehouse experience with systems & software or equivalent work experience.
Incumbent should possess a broad knowledge of Microsoft Office, GMP, Warehouse Management System, and 5'S. A demonstrated ability to work well in a diverse environment while utilizing excellent communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to Continuous Improvement and a desire to increase value-added impact to the business. Must be able to work any shift.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$43,000.00 - $65,200.00
An individual’s base pay depends on a number of factors, such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation, such as a performance-based bonus and other short- and long-term incentives. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits beginning on one’s first day of employment.
