Heights Animal Hospital is a 1 doctor, small animal, general practice with an immediate full time opening in Flushing, NY. We are well-equipped with state-of-the-art technology and equipment to provide pets in the area with the best possible veterinary care. Our experienced team provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care along with additional resources to optimize our clients’ well-being. We have close relationships with nearby specialists for after-hour calls, referrals, or emergencies.
Queens can satisfy nearly every taste. Foodies covet the Greek cuisine of Astoria and the authentic Asian food in Flushing; others admire the inventive art at Socrates Sculpture Park and the stunning flora at the Queens Botanical Garden. In the borough’s southern extremes, the surf is always up at Rockaway Beach.
Job Description
We’re looking for full time veterinarians who are compassionate, team players and strong communicators. We could support experienced associate veterinarians. The ideal candidate would be comfortable and open to performing surgery.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
- Active veterinary state license
- Current DEA License preferred but not required
- USDA Accreditation preferred but not required
