Our ‘People Teams’ are recruiting an Associate for our Human Resources Rotation Program based in Los Angeles. Participants in this full-time, approximately two-year program will report into the Director of Talent Acquisition and work across multiple practices within our 'People Teams' including: Talent Acquisition, Learning and Organizational Development, HR Business Partnership, HR Systems and Operations, and Total Rewards. You will build a broad set of human capital skills while learning from multiple leaders. The goal is to promote graduates into a permanent position within one of the functions upon completion of the program. The role will be based in our West Los Angeles office (11444 W. Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064) in a hybrid work model and is not eligible to be fully remote.

Job Description
  • Talent Acquisition - Learn full cycle recruiting including resume review, sourcing, and interviewing, assist with the preparation of candidate closeout packets including background checks, reference checks, and preparing offer letters, and support ad hoc projects related to reporting, employer branding, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Learning and Organizational Development - Collaborate with the L&OD team on the development and production of in-person and virtual learnings, program administration for employee development programs, and change management.
  • HR Business Partnership - Work with Business Partners on a variety of HR programs and strategies to advance Business Unit initiatives, participate in HR Department process improvement efforts to include championing our performance management program (GROW), provide support to managers and new employees with onboarding to ensure a successful experience.
  • HR Systems and Operations - Understand the HRIS system setup, design, and configuration, and experience the employee lifecycle by processing new hires and terminations, managing employee timecards, and completing transfers and promotions.
  • Total Rewards - Collaborate with the Benefits & Wellness Team on communication of various initiatives to the entire US employee population, manage insurance administration, analyze program success, and find areas for improvement, work alongside the Compensation Team reviewing employee statistics and annual review process, and conduct compensation analyses using market data.

Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
  • Demonstrated desire to pursue a career within the people function through prior internships, work experience, or academic coursework
  • Leadership experience exemplified in extracurricular activities, organizations, or volunteer work
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Courage to speak up, share ideas, collaborate across teams and proactively seek out solutions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
  • Interest in being part of a socially responsible food and beverage company with a focus on health and wellness
  • COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption

Pay Range: $30.00 - $32.50/hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
