Dunn Tire is looking for qualified Assistant Managers. The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing daily support to the Manager or Managers of our
Retail Tire and Service organization. The Assistant Manager will perform and execute tasks as directed, and supervise, hire, or train other company employees. The Assistant Manager directly faces clients and assists with issue resolution therefore excellent communication skills are essential in delivering a world class experience to our customers.
Pay: $51,480 - $ 65,000 / Year

Responsibilities:
- Delivering a World Class experience to our customers.
- Understanding the products and services we offer.
- Continue to grow your product knowledge.
- Sales & profit attainment (P&L).
- Controlling the daily work-flow.
- Making Schedules.
- Manage Payroll.
- Train and develop the personnel in your store.
- Weekly inventory line counts.
- Ensure safety protocol is being followed.
- The ideal candidate will have previous retail sales & management experience. Automotive experience is not required but is considered a plus.
- Great communication & customer service skills are a must.
- Time management & ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time.
- Computer: Windows, Word and basic understanding of Excel.
