Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Job description
The Pocahontas County Prosecuting Attorney's office is seeking an experienced assistant prosecuting attorney to begin January 2, 2023. Must be in good standing with the WV State Bar. Position requires handling prosecution of criminal cases before the magistrate court and circuit court, handling juvenile status and delinquency cases, as well as representing West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources in civil child abuse and neglect cases.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
