elephant + vine’s Assistant Managers (AM) are on the development and learning path towards becoming a Head Coach. In addition to AM’s focus on development and growth, they are responsible for delivering high-quality, craveable, 100% plant-based food in a highly hospitable environment. The AM brings positive energy, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to grow and develop every day. Their focus is on building and inspiring our teams while simultaneously making e+v a fun place for our guests and team members alike.
Much like the General Manager, the AM should have the ability to have a 360 view of the business, with a basic knowledge in P&L management. Under director mentorship of the General Manager, they will develop and train their team members in executing outstanding products while adhering to e+v’s high standards. Work with the General Manager in creating plans to continuously improve the business in the areas of People, Customers, Sales, and Profits. Assistant Coaches lead and behave according to our values and follow e+v’s standard operating policies and procedures with essential areas of focus.
