The Assistant Manager position will be trained to assist our branch manager on all aspects of operating the store.
Assistant Manager duties:
- Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.
- Assist with hiring and maintain an active and productive sales force
- Ensures a safe and secure work environment.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards
- Delegate tasks to employees
· Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
l Self-Motivated
l Strong Problem-Solving Skills
l Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
l Strong Organization Skills
l Must be 18 years or older
l Must be a US citizen
l Must have a driver’s license
