European Wax Center Westborough/Marlborough is looking to grow its Management Team with a bright, outgoing, capable, hands-on leader to lead and expand a strong team of estheticians! Looking for someone eager to learn and grow in an Assistant Manager Position.

Beauty indsutry bosses look like....

• You're the Management Team's right hand person. You're the 2nd eyes and ears of the support team.
• Helping manager to oversee the daily and ongoing operations of the center.
• Creating learning experiences for your team centered around beauty services and products
• Achieving all Wax Pass Sales and retail sales goals.
• Hiring, training and monitoring the performance of all staff.
• Creating staff coverage and esthetician work schedules.
• Leading your team to provide excellent service to guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting guests upon arrival and selling wax passes.
• Maintaining professional and impeccable center environment for employees and guests.
• Generating sales reports and payroll reports.
• Flexible schedule with one weekend day required.

Profile of a Successful Candidate:

College education preferred

Management, sales and/or marketing experience. Sales experience in fitness/service/retail industry. This location is open 7 days a week requiring creative scheduling. Ability to create and sustain a warm, professional, inspiring environment. A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate ability to inspire people. Ability to effectively communicate expectations to staff and create winning a team. Desire to think flexibly and strategically.
