Responsibilities:
The Assistant Director of DDS is responsible for the coordination and general management of the DDS residential services. This includes but not limited to: attend all appropriate intakes, ISP meetings & Program reviews; oversee completion of safety plans; provide direct supervision to a designated team of Supervisors; and assist in the recruitment and interviewing of staff for the agency.

- Ten years of supervisory experience in a residential setting.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle
