The Clinical Coordinator will be assigned to Critical Care and will work primarily days (may work some evenings and weekends). A member of the Crozer Keystone Health System leadership team that provides coordinated, patient centered care ensuring high-quality outcomes. Works in collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Director to develop and manage all aspects of patient care, personnel, performance improvement, financial and material resources to ensure the safe, efficient and economical operations of the department. Functions in accordance with all Federal, state and regulatory agencies and CKHS core values, policies and procedures.

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BSN required; MSN or other related Masters Degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate proficiently in English to perform job duties.

Licensure & Certifications:

• A current PA RN license.
• Maintains validation of current BLS training.

Experience:

• Three to five years clinical experience in area of responsibility.
• Prior charge nurse experience or other related leadership experience required.
• Experience in using Microsoft office.
