We are looking forwho people who are interested in applying for our team as Assembly Technicians building one of today’s most exciting technologies. Positions are available in Sunnyvale and Fremont, CA.

Positions Available:

• Assembly Technician, Trainee - Entry level, requires eagerness to learn
• Assembly Technician, Light Experience - 1-2 years of experience
• Assembly Technician, Experienced - 3+ years of experience

Our California locations operate 24/7, primarily 12-hour shifts, alternating 3 and 4 days a week. Some 8 hours shifts are also available.

Role and Responsibilities:
Depending on where you are assigned, you may be responsible for manual component assembly, equipment operation, preparing kits for assembly, material kitting, loading/unloading the furnaces, standard work creation, material/tool cart improvements, using designated inspection equipment, performing minimal tool preventive maintenance, screen printing, or other duties as assigned.

· Punctual, attention to detail, and a strong sense of integrity.

· Able to adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) and technical publications.

· Ability to operate to a high standard with minimal oversight.

· Flexibility with changing shifts or work schedules.

· Effective communicator who leads by example.

Skills and Experience:

· Experienced positions require prior use of automated equipment, manual assembly, and the ability to use small hand and power tools, preferably in a light industrial setting. Previous experience with PC-based testing equipment is a plus.

· Previous military technical experience in aviation, electronics, ordnance, automotive maintenance, equipment engineering, or relevant MOS preferred.

· Excellent hand and eye coordination.

· Willingness to assume greater organizational responsibility.

· Physically fit with the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend, twist, reach and perform repetitive motions.

· Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment as part of a team.
