Stant is hiring for a Production Associate located in the Connersville area.

Production Associate Key Functions:

• Operate machinery within assigned production cell
• Complete tasks safely and efficiently with the highest level of quality in mind
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from clutter
• Demonstrate attention to detail and focus on the task at hand
• Follow all company rules and policies
• Follow all safety rules and quality standards
• Report safety hazards and/or incidents to supervisor
• Maintain a positive work environment by demonstrating and communicating in a manner that promotes cooperation with coworkers, collaborators, and management
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Uphold all ISO and OSHA standards and maintain documentation applicable to the responsibilities outlined above
• Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Open to any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime
• Working knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques that maximize the effective manufacturing and distribution of goods
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Ability to consistently produce quality work output
• Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet all product quality requirements
• Willing and open to learn and work to the best of his/her capabilities
• Ability to recognize and use effectively tape measures, calipers, gauges
• Ability to lift a maximum of 35 pounds
• Moderate computer literacy desired
• Demonstrate strong team mindset
• Demonstrate reliability
