Starting Pay: $18.48 per hour, merit increase opportunities start at 6 Months!

Hiring Bonus: $2,500 following 6 months of service.

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm with overtime when needed.

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00-12:30pm with overtime when needed -this shift is paired with a $2.50 shift differential total $20.98 per hour

Expect 2 Mandatory Saturdays per month.

Who are We?

Toro located in Tomah Wisconsin is an outdoor power equipment manufacturer. Product made at this facility is for both residential and commercial use. The Primary departments are assembly, weld, material handling, paint and the supermarket.

What Will You Do?

• Safely assemble world class equipment to precise specifications
• Fit, position, and fasten components to build machinery using a variety of hand and powered tools, presses, and hoists.
• Hang and prep parts for powder coat painting
• Select, load and unload parts from containers
• Test, run up and prove out finished product
• Package and ship finished product

Physical requirements

• Repetitive motion with hands and arms
• Standing, crouching, twisting and lifting for entire shift
• Hand eye coordination

Work Environment:

• Work at a fast pace
• Maintain focus and follow work instructions
• Consistent attendance is critical to the team
• Work safely and respectfully with others
