As a starting wage, you will earn $18.15/hr+, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance. Upon advancement to 'Assembly/Tear Down II' - Pay will increase to $19.50/hr. In addition to our starting pay, you will receive a benefits package fit for a true owner.

We are seeking an Assembly/Tear Down Associate for our day shift: 6:00am-2:30pm / Monday-Friday (Overtime Required As Business Dictates)

Responsibilities:
  • Reading work orders to determine the production specs of each door
  • Physically moving doors from one station to another (Up to 75 lbs)
  • Inspecting work to identify defects, production errors, and quality issues
  • Using electric and hand tools to fabricate, assemble, and disassemble fiberglass, aluminum. and wood products
  • Preparing doors and door components for paint or stain
  • Touching up any missed spots after allowing all finished surfaces to properly dry
  • Other duties as assigned

Ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing/distribution or operations oriented environment, though we are willing to train a candidate with no experience if they demonstrate our company's core values.
