Asphalt Paving Crew – Roller / Luteman / Jackman / Laborer
Hiring all positions on asphalt paving crew.
- Individuals with asphalt paving experience encouraged to apply
- Hiring for all paving positions including jackmen, lutemen, roller operators and laborers
- Demonstrate ability to operate paver (CAT, Leeboy, Weiler)
- Demonstrate ability to run paver jack (CAT, Leeboy, Weiler)
- Demonstrate ability to lute (rake) asphalt
- Demonstrate ability to operate asphalt roller (steel wheel, rubber tire) to compress and give a finished surface to cooling asphalt. Experience with rolling patterns to achieve compacting and smoothness under changing temperatures a plus
- Hard working laborers/shovelmen with desire to learn new skills needed
- Experience strongly preferred but willing to train motivated candidates
Pay based on experience!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Castle Hayne, NC 28429: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Paving: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
