Job description
Responsibilities:
- Produce residential constructions drawings (elevations, floor plans, foundation information plans, construction details, and electrical plans)
- Utilize AutoCAD LT for production of drawings.
- Maintain plan library and update drawings
- Redline work performed by self and peers
- Ensure the consistency, neatness and accuracy of plans produced
- Work with field construction staff, engineers and building trades
- Contact/correspondence with all levels of the organization
- Create renderings and other materials
- May create or maintain various spreadsheets or drawings used/referenced by other departments including but not limited to Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Land Development and Executive Staff
- AutoCAD LT, SketchUp, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. BIM software skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
