Entourage Corporate Service (ECS) is looking for an Application Support Analyst. ECS manages 3 yearbook companies: Entourage, Picaboo and Remember Me. The ideal candidate for Application Support Analyst is someone who has critical thinking skills, able to debug different applications, willing to do what is need to get the job done. The right candidate should have both business skills and technical IT knowledge. The position demands an ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Perform analysis of existing applications, protocols and software tools.
• Provide and support recommendations for improved procedures and policies.
• Provide application support in resolving and troubleshooting problems.
• Provide application support to effectively utilize the systems in place.
• Provide direct assistance to users in using and interpreting software tools and products.
• Interact with software vendors to provide best solutions to problems.
• Provide application support to other developers across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance of all security measures in application support across the enterprise.
• Become a specialist of operating systems, devices, applications and software
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients when required
• Assisting with system integrations
• Managing application related incidents within ECS ticketing system
• Ensuring systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
• Assist other IT team members to determine appropriate application deliverables best suited to ECS
• Monitor and upgrade accordingly all applications across the enterprise.
• Develop reports for all applications across ECS as needed
• Develop and maintain relations with all vendors associated with all applications within ECS
• Maintain knowledge of all technologies and tools which provide application based solutions
• Deployment of patches, service releases, customizations for all applications across the enterprise
• Problem determinations, workaround resolutions for all applications as needed.
• Creating application support documentation and maintaining accuracy across the enterprise.

Skills and Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or Higher
• AWS Server Management knowledge
• Experience running scripts Command Line
• Knowledge in Microsoft SQL server
• Basic VBScript knowledge a plus
• Debugging capability
• Strong organizational skills
• Self starter
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Listening ability and patience
• Critical thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
