Job description
The Coffee Bar and Gift Shop Attendant communicates with guests to take custom coffee orders as well as sell grab-and-go food items and retail items.
Attendant must provide outstanding customer service and engage in suggestive selling of gift shop merchandise. Must perform cash-handling functions, including point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately collects payments and makes change to close out guest checks in a friendly and courteous manner.
