Duties will include but are not limited to:

Customer Support

• 
  Develop and maintain a dialogue with our agents in order to understand their business needs, directions, and special requirements.
• To facilitate and support the daily business transactions of our agents as those transactions relate to provided services
• Assist in the onboarding and training process for new Agents

• Review agent concerns and where appropriate, develop and respond with both cause and corrective action
• Provide Training to agents on TMS and review all SOPs with the agents

Operational Assistance

• 
  Provide operational support to Agent offices as required
• Assist in ageing for the agents; goal is to have nothing older than 45 days old on the ageing report
• Attend weekly ageing review meeting
• Assist in Invoicing process; goal is to have everything invoiced within 45 days of delivery
• Review load boards to ensure nothing is past 45 days old
• Other tasks as required by management

Training Requirements

• 
  Four-year college degree preferred but not required, and 2 – 3 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and customer service skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Attention to detail
• Sense of urgency as well as the ability to work and excel in a fast-paced environment.
