Quality Staffing Solutions is seeking passionate, highly skilled, and motivated LPNs to help fill the staffing shortages by traveling to Long-Term Care facilities in the New Castle area

As an LPN you'll be part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded.

• Afternoon shifts, 3p-11p

As an LPN you'll be part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded.

Essential Functions include but not limited to:

• Follow established standards of nursing practices to implement Company policies and procedures related to medication administration.
• Obtain report from nurse being relieved and record sufficient information related to medication administration to implement accurate changes to medication orders
• Administer medications to residents in an accurate, timely manner.
• Monitor residents for effectiveness of drug therapy and occurrence of adverse effects.
• Document resident care related to medication administration, related monitoring, and effectiveness of drug therapy and occurrence of adverse effects.
• Document resident progress notes as required.
• Follow comprehensive care plans related to medication administration based on each resident’s needs and his/her comprehensive assessment as assigned

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (GPN)
• Active and in good standing LPN license
• Nursing Home or Long-Term Care experience
• Passion to help others
• Reliable transportation
