We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for managing our internal patient population and should have experience creating medical treatment plans as well as providing care for patients with a variety of medical issues. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional who wants to gain exposure to the primary care practice setting.
Responsibilities:
- Work with patients one-on-one in a clinic setting.
- Develop and establish a medical record for each patient being treated.
- Work as part of a team of healthcare professionals in the campus medical clinic.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Provide brief counseling sessions to patients.
- Examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe medications.
