Great opportunity for an Administrative/Training Support Specialists with excellent customer service skills and MS Office Suite proficiency.

Will provide administrative support and customer service to Curriculum Managers, Instructors, and Students at the Associate Directorate of Education and Training.

Must hold current TS/SCI security clearance and have an active polygraph.
Will sponsor CCA candidates!

-Prepare and maintain documents/files/folders.
-Record and Maintain data records in Databases.
-Prepare and maintain schedules.
-Initiate, track and conduct follow-up for tasking.
-Validate requirements.
-Send out welcome letters in support of synchronous learning events
-Reserve rooms in support of synchronous learning events
-Coordinate site visits or field trips for a program or learning event
-Test the audio/visual (A/V) equipment and computer systems
-Track completion of pre-work from students
-Generate course syllabi
-Provide the administrative remarks to the students, i.e., standard opening remarks, course evaluation process, etc.
-Advise the Curriculum/Program Manager of changes in course requirements (enrollment increases, facility changes, etc.)
-Submit requests to obtain new course designators
-Enroll/Withdraw students
-Prepare course/event completion certificates and obtain appropriate signatures
-Communicate with students in the Intelligence Community
-Set up student and instructor computer accounts/passwords
-Submit requests to clean up files on computer systems after classes.

Level I requirements:

  • One (1) year exp participating in a synchronous learning environment.
  • Must have a TS/SCI clearance and have active polygraph.
  • Four (4) years of MS Office and basic application troubleshooting skills.
  • Four (4) years of customer service skills.

Level II requirements:

  • One (1) year experience participating in a synchronous learning environment.
  • Must have a TS/SCI clearance and have an active polygraph.
  • Four (4) years of MS Office Suite and basic application troubleshooting skills.
  • Four (4) years of customer service skills.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
