Job description
QUALIFICATION: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent plus office training or one year experience. Prefer experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Ability and desire to work with people is a must. You must have a valid Indiana Driver's License.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls using a multi-line system
- Greet guests at front window
- Maintain sign-in/sign-out log for clients, staff and guests
- Preparation of outgoing mail and distribution of incoming mail.
- Maintain availability of office supplies
- Maintain schedule for agency vehicles
- Responsible for agency vehicle keys
- Assist staff with administrative requests
- Maintain petty cash fund and agency credit cards
- Enter all accounts payable into Provider-Pro software
- Enter all ACH withdrawals into Provider-Pro software
- Enter all debit card transactions into Provider-Pro software
- Maintain current information on vendors
- Attend monthly Board Meetings to take Board Minutes.
- Enter incoming checks onto Daily Log Sheet
- Prepare payroll checks and check stubs for distribution
- Other duties as assigned by the CFO to promote the efficient operation within the Business Office
